🎄It’s that wonderful time of the year again!🎄

Last year, we started our annual Giving Tree with one of our members, Erin, who works for Our Place and Shining Point Community Residence, which is a place that gives hope to challenged youth, helps them recover from trauma, provides them with community and prepares them for change to move toward a life of recovery.
.
The gift tags on the tree are actual presents that are on the wish list for these children. All you have to do is stop by the studio and grab a tag, and make whatever donation you can to help brighten the holiday season for these kids. The box is right at the entrance of our studio right along with the tree. Please come by anytime!

Donations will be accepted until December 23!

The box is filling up quickly! Thank you so much to those of you have a donated already and last year as well! We are so grateful that Enerjenic fitness can help out with the incredible cause that will make a huge difference in so many lives! I’m a busy working Mom now and business owner, and when I need to get a quick workout in between clients, it’s easy to say “I have no time today” and I’ll just skip my workout…but now that my son can keep himself busy, I can squeeze in a 20-30 minute quick dumbbell workout! I got a great sweat and felt good to get some lifting and resistance training in despite my busy day…AND I can keep an eye on my son while doing my workout!

Set your timer for 20 minutes and do these moves as an AMRAP: 10-12 reps of each will give you a solid FULL body workout. Before you know it, your timer will go off!

Pushups were never so easy until my little Jordan came along..! I’d do anything for a kiss from him 🥰 every time I did a pushup over him, he giggled 😂 and it’s the most precious thing ever!!! I can’t wait to have more fun exercising with my son as the years go by and capturing moments like these.

Small Group Training classes at EJF have 4-6 participants in class to provide a “personal training” experience in which the instructor can spend some time working individually with the student more so than in your typical group fitness class.

Pilates Small Group classes are now being offered on Saturday mornings at 9am ( soon to be 9:30 in January) and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

We are thrilled and super excited to have yoga instructor, Cindy @cindyzameryka, host her yoga classes at our fitness studio!

Here’s some footage from Cindy’s Family Yoga class she hosted a few weeks ago. She did SO much in one hour for the adults and kids to work together, have fun, stretch, exercise, taught some challenging yoga positions with their kids, and other teamwork games. Everything about this class made everyone smile and laugh and great memories were made. We cannot wait until the next family yoga class at EJF!

Saturday the 14th Cindy will be hosting her next set of classes for KIDS only! Parents can work out in our studio for free upstairs with a free day pass for the hour! Don’t miss out!

Jay & Dori came to me with NO knowledge of how to lift weights or strength train. They were walkers, golfers, and yogis, but they knew something important was missing to increase their energy, protect their bones, prevent osteoporosis, and to feeling better and stronger overall. They tell me at both training sessions every week that I’m stuck with them forever 😜

Yesterday and I watched them do their squats in their strength training circuit, and I said…WOW. Look at how far you’ve come from a little over a year ago when you started training!!! They had no clue how to squat or what it was, and now look at them!!!

They use their knowledge of personal training and take it home with them, and I receive texts about how they are using it in their day to day lives at home. I couldn’t not be more proud to be stuck with them forever ❤️

Turkey Burn Bootcamp 2024 was a SUCCESS! Everyone survived 😂 and most importantly, got themselves to EJF the morning after Thanksgiving 🦃. So proud of this crew!!

We did an amazing full body workout using our body weight and our dumbbells and steps with risers. Everyone was challenged and had a GREAT TIME!

Shout out to our personal training client and gym member GRACE @grace.alster for completing (and living through 😂) an NY Ironman 70.3!!!!!!!

Antonio, her personal trainer, helped get her to this high point in her fitness to help her accomplish this incredible goal over the last year. She has come such a long way since she first started personal training with us, and we are SO proud of her for completing this competition, which is no easy task!!! Race conditions were rough with 30min gusts and winds through the “washing machine” swim she called it. There is no doubt there was a level of danger she fought through and she could have stopped the race, but fought through every yard. She could have woken up and said the weather is bad and made excuses, but she showed up. Truly UNbeliebable.
.
On behalf of the entire EJF team, we are ALL so happy for you. You have bragging rights forever!!! 😂

I cannot believe EJF is in our 4TH year of business!!!! Wishing EJF a happy 3.5 year anniversary..!!! 🎉🎊🍾🍾🍾🍾🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊 we built our studio in the middle of a pandemic and we MADE IT thanks to all of my personal training clients I had prior to opening the studio. Remember this zoom call where you had NO idea why I was gathering everyone together?!?! Shout out to my bestie client and friend @margaretbmccombs for recording this special moment when I did not even ask her to…!!!! 🥰 guess what…you are the reason why I am where I am today and why I have made it this far with my personal training career after leaving my corporate job. I am forever grateful for every one of you for not giving up on me through a pandemic and Achilles rupture surgery where I thought it was all over for me.

My father, Leonard Faber, passed away in 2011 from AML, a very agressive blood cancer. We lost him much too soon. I was only 25 years old, and he had a whole life ahead of him. I have done this INCREDIBLE walk 10 years in a row, and I took a short break due to the pandemic and starting a family, but now I want to come back even STRONGER and have my company, Enerjenic Fitness, involved in this important cause that truly needs our donations.

I trust the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society more than any organization out there, and most of your dollar IS going into research. For 18 months, I watched my father among many others on his hospital unit suffer from this devastating disease, and I want more than anything for there to be a cure someday. SOMEDAY IS TODAY!

I hope to walk with Team Enerjenic Fitness every year starting this year and raise as much as we can for this cause that is very close to my heart, and the hearts of everyone affected by cancer.

🔥UPPER BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT🔥 here’s Andrew’s upper body workout for today 💪 we typically work on high reps with a challenging weight for HIM to build lean muscle mass as opposed to aiming for hypertrophy ( super heavy with low repetitions. )
