Enerjenic Fitness offers personalized fitness programs for individuals and/or couples. The certified professionals at Enerjenic Fitness will tailor your workouts based on your desired fitness goals, taking your medical history into account as well.
You will complete a FREE comprehensive fitness assessment with a designated personal trainer prior to starting your personal training program. This assessment entails a private discussion regarding your short-term and long-term health and fitness goals, medical history, body composition (which is optional), and your previous experience with exercise, including your current fitness level. Additionally, the assessment includes a workout session in which your trainer will be able to assess your cardiovascular output, balance, strength, and core stabilization.
The assessment will help your personal trainer determine the most appropriate fitness program that will suit your personal needs. As you continue to progress and work toward your goals with your trainer, this assessment will be utilized as a baseline to refer back to throughout the duration of your fitness program.
Enerjenic Fitness offers various packages for one-to-one and couples training which will be discussed in detail following your free assessment.
